Vanessa Raath is determined to bring the ‘Human Element’ back into today’s Recruitment Process as she believes it has been lacking for too long now!
Vanessa believes that people are the core building blocks of every business but that doesn’t mean that we can treat every ‘block’ the same. With over 10 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry, Vanessa specialised in the IT Applications space for most of this time. Before starting her career in Recruitment, she taught unruly children in London; operated a chairlift in the USA and taught people to Scuba Dive in SE Asia.
Balazs Paroczay is a globally recognised sourcing leader, keynote speaker and talent acquisition strategist. Over the last fifteen years, Balazs has been engaged with various organisation helping them set up best in class sourcing functions and organisation wide sourcing capabilities. Balazs uses his experience helping recruiters improve their core sourcing and recruiting abilities to identify, attract, engage with critical talent.
