You're invited to join Bec Mitchell of GroundWork, who will deliver a guided meditation class online.  This is a wonderful way to experience the many benefits of meditation practice for both beginners or practiced meditators. It is designed to leave you feeling focussed, energised, calm and ready to tackle the day ahead.

Bec Mitchell believes everyone deserves a chance at being our happiest, healthiest selves and this session will cover the latest science around how mindfulness and meditation can improve how productive we are at work, our memory and our ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
