The world of work is changing for us all for a while. Whether you are working from home or social distancing you are likely to see some disruption to your normal routine. Take time to relax and focus on the present.
You're invited to join Bec Mitchell of GroundWork, who will deliver a guided stretch class online. This is a wonderful way to embed new habits developing your health and wellness. You will flow through a 20 minute session of gentle stretches designed to release and open your body.
This session is ideal for beginners or seasoned stretch enthusiasts as we focus on the muscles that become tight after prolonged sitting..
Bec Mitchell believes everyone deserves a chance at being our happiest, healthiest selves and this session will cover the latest science around how mindfulness and meditation can improve how productive we are at work, our memory and our ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Bec Mitchell is a Physiotherapist, Keynote Speaker, Clinical Pilates Instructor, Meditation Teacher and Nutritionist with a voracious passion for optimising people.
Spending the first 7 years of her career in Melbourne and Sydney's top Sports Medicine clinics she learnt the importance of science-backed health for performance.
For the last 3 years she has taken that knowledge and moulded it into fun wellbeing programs for Australia's top corporate executives including CBA, Westpac, Ovolo Hotels and EY.
