Overview:

After a highly successful webinar on the 19th June, undressing the Employment Relations (Triangular Employment) Amendment Act which is in effect as of 27 June 2020, we encourage members to join this follow on session where the panelists will be covering any unanswered questions from the first delivery, as well as give you another opportunity to submit any burning questions that may have arisen.

RCSA Members are invited to join this complimentary RCSA Open Forum Q&A , moderated by Charles Cameron, RCSA Chief Executive and accompanied by panelists Bridget Smith, Partner SBM Legal, Jon Ives, Chief Executive Officer for OneStaff and Colin Mathieson, Managing Director of Alpha Recruitment Group and Project Plus Ltd, who will return to examine outstanding challenges and find solutions to guide your firm.

Charles Cameron, CEO of the RCSA, is an expert in non-traditional working arrangements, including on-hire worker services. Charles has, in his former position of policy adviser to RCSA, represented the recruitment industry before all forms of government, in inquiries, ministerial roundtables and a wider suite of recruitment industry matters. Charles has expertise in recruitment industry compliance and public policy and, with qualifications in economics and labour law.
