Values Based Recruitment Professionalism Has Arrived – Welcome to RCSA’s New Code

Overview:

The world has changed and we need to adapt. Rules designed for yesterday are no longer fit for today.

New technology, new forms of engagement and new markets combine to demand a more responsive standard of recruitment conduct in the form of RCSA Code 2020 – A Values Based Professionalism.

Effective from 8 August 2020, RCSA’s new Code will govern the professional standard expected of each and every RCSA member and this webinar will examine how it differs, why it matters and how you fulfil it.

RCSA Members are invited to join this complimentary live Q&A webinar delivered by Charles Cameron, RCSA’s Chief Executive,  Ross Clennett, FRCSA, High Performance Recruitment Coach and Andrew Wood FRCSA Life, Author of the new code, to help prepare you for a new era of professional conduct.

Please note Session Time: 11.00am - 12.00pm AEST*

Moderated by Charles Cameron, Chief Executive RCSA

Charles joined the RCSA as Chief Executive in May 2016, and since that time has established the foundations for an employment services certification scheme which will define professional service providers within the marketplace in Australia and New Zealand for years to come.

He gained invaluable experience working with IPA, one of Australia’s most established recruitment firms, where he was the Workplace Relations and Safety Manager as well as 7 years working as an Advisor and Advocate for Australian Industry Group. In addition to his successful professional services career he founded a tech start up in 2006, which continues to successfully service the recruitment market today.
