In response to supporting mental health, RCSA has launched the new Member Benefits program in partnership with WrkIt where all RCSA Individual Members as well as staff of Corporate Members now have complimentary access to online tools supporting the wellbeing and development of recruitment professionals.

Overview:

Globally 2020 has been the most significant Wellness focused year of all time with recruitment and Staffing professionals adapting to cope with Covid mindfulness, anxiety management, developing a positive mindset, coping with uncertainty and in general the setbacks and disappointment that have come along with the Covid journey.

In response to supporting mental health, RCSA has launched the new Member Benefits program in partnership with WrkIt where all RCSA Individual Members as well as staff of Corporate Members now have complimentary access to online tools supporting the wellbeing and development of recruitment professionals.

A POWRful solution is an online tool where users answer clinically validated questions confidentially in six areas of wellbeing:

Dynamically assigned wellbeing plans empower users to proactively manage their mental and physical health. Personal growth is maximised by regular checking POWR for new plans, challenges, articles and more.

Current RCSA members are invited to join this complimentary webinar where Wrkit leader & Co-Founder, Peter Jenkinson will provide members a general overview of access benefits. Joining Peter will be Jason Brennan, Director of Wellbeing and Leadership Wrkit, who will introduce to members the Wrkit POWR tools on offer to support your team’s wellbeing development.

Meet the Presenter: Jason Brennan



Jason Brennan is the Wellness & Leadership Director at Wrkit.

Jason has been a psychotherapist for over 25 years and has helped many people grow and develop in themselves, in the work they do and in the relationships they have. Jason began his training as a psychotherapist in Dublin by completing a 3-year BA in Psychoanalysis and a 2-year Certificate in Humanities. He continued his studies to become a Certified Transactional Analyst – a theory based on effective communication between individuals and within groups or teams. He also holds a CBT practitioners’ certification and is an honorary lifetime member of the UCD Psychological Society.

Jason has worked in all sectors: Government agencies, Health Care, Emergency services, Sports Corporate and Charity. He is a skilled facilitator and since 2014 has been a mental skills coach for several high-profile sports teams. He has brought together these techniques and his extensive experience in a book, co-written with well-known Irish sports commentator and mental health advocate Brent Pope. The book is called “WIN: Proven Strategies for Success in Sports, Life and Mental Health”.
