Recruitment Professional of the Year 2021, Finalist: Sarah Quintal
I have spent over 14 years in Talent Acquisition, working across internal, agency and outsourcing. I’ve built and led teams, and use my extensive experience in strategic HR to ensure that my clients are making the best sourcing decisions to achieve their objectives. Originally from the UK, I’ve been living in New Zealand for 12 years and consider this awesome part of the world home now.
Recruitment Professional of the Year 2021, Finalist: Matt Greenwood
As a recruiter I have a strong network and pride myself on a consultative, transparent and good-humored approach. When working with both clients and candidates, I believe in priortising trust to build an enduring relationship for a long-term partnership.
Born in Christchurch, I moved to Wellington in 2012 after securing a job in the travel industry. Whilst I loved my job, I found that I kept being asked by various recruiter clients of mine that 'I should consider a job in the industry' and after finally being caught on a bad day I figured that there may be something to this! A few coffees later I had a contract in front of me and I have never looked back since.
Recruitment Professional of the Year 2021, Finalist: Crispin Robertson
Crispin started as a recruiter way back in the last millennium in England (that explains his sense of humour). He switched to the “dark side” (in-house corporate recruitment) and stayed there for quite a while before he realised he was moving away from everything he loved about the role (people!). He eventually saw the light and is now one of our senior talent advisors.
