Hosted by Andrew Rodger you’ll find an open, comfortable environment to meet the community, to discuss the rec tech tools that will challenge current processes and how tech can help you maximise existing or new opportunities ahead. We'll be highlighting different topics once a month in an interactive webinar to make your rec tech work harder for you...and give you some inspirational ideas too!

    This talk features Justin Hillier, Founder & CEO of Recruiter Insider.

    Justin has been in the recruitment industry for 20 years, starting way back when yellow pages was the main channel to source new business as a recruiter, and has worked in many recruitment technology companies along the way. In 2016 Justin founded Recruiter Insider to help agencies and companies improve the candidate experience and the capabilities of consultants.

    The candidate experience is often talked about, rarely fully understood and often misdiagnosed. There can be no denying the importance of a great customer experience, but how do you stay in control of the candidate experience when there are so many moving parts?

    In this session,  Justin will guide us through a number of topics including:
    1. How do you stay in control of the candidate experience
    2. What the candidate is, and ISN'T
    3. Applicant experience vs candidate experience

    Andrew Rodger CEO & Founder of recMate

    Andrew Rodger has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years. Prior to founding recMate, he has held hands-on recruitment consultant roles and management of the delivery of systems for large scale recruitment companies, some of which have weekly payrolls of over 3000 contractors. In these situations, efficient recruitment systems and processes are paramount in delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and minimising operational costs for the recruitment firm. recMate is a systems and process consultancy, specialising in assisting recruitment firms to maximise their use of technology.

    As an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years’ business development, sales management and SaaS/digital experience. I have personally designed and project managed new platform builds, including personally designing and project managing the integration requirements with 3rd party platforms, utilising API’s, for my own start-up business, Recruiter Insider.

    "I have successfully raised seed investment for my own start-up and launched our business into four countries. My experience crosses many business disciplines, as I have personally lead product development and design, systems integrations, marketing strategies/plans, P&L management, sales management/business development and building businesses from Day 1.
