Do I have to be a member of RCSA to enter?
Yes, either a Corporate Member, their staff or An Accredited Professional. Current Partners of RCSA may enter the Excellence in Business Innovation, and Excellence in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging categories.
When do entries close?
27 February 2023 at 5pm AEDT/7pm NZDT
When will the winners be announced?
1 June 2023 for Australia and 29 June 2023 for New Zealand at the Awards Nights.
Does it cost to enter?
There are no costs to enter, however you will need to purchase tickets to attend the Awards Night.
Do you need to be operating for a minimum period of time to enter?
No, but you need to be able to demonstrate your success in 2022.
Do on-hire candidates count towards the number of staff for the Outstanding Agency Categories?
No, only your internal staff, both front facing teams, and operational teams.
Do I have to complete my entry in the portal in one sitting?
No! You can start your entry and edit it as many times as you like up until entries close. You can also cut and paste content into the portal from Word documents that you may want to share with your team.
I am entering Industry Leader/Recruitment Professional/Rising Star. What code training do I need to complete?
You will need to complete the RCSA Code Online Training Module. This training is free, and will take you approximately 1 hour to complete.
