The Recruitment Industry is consistently demanding consultants meet their targets and be ahead of the game. This one day workshop provides an entry level introduction to the sales skills required to be a successful recruitment consultant.
Through group activities, case studies, role plays and post workshop tools/exercises, participants will learn the techniques required to motivate and empower themselves under the guidance of a facilitator with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience.
This workshop covers the essentials areas of sales and marketing for both Temporary and Permanent consultants in Blue and White Collar markets.
