Career Development

We may be a small team but we are building for growth, with succession planning and internal career progression a core focus. We offer access to an unlimited amount of freely available self-paced learning, access to our diverse and interesting learning opportunities for members, and we have high budgets for staff to personally choose growth or development topics through external training, events and conferences, and professional memberships.

We hold regular staff training days with a wide variety of development topics, well outside of minimum compliance requirements. We always try to promote from within when new roles open up, and our small size combined with innovative ideas regularly allows staff to be involved with a variety of projects and activities at their choice.
