At RCSA, we offer two categories of Membership - Corporate and Professional. Corporate Membership is open to businesses and organisations operating in the recruitment and staffing space, whilst Professional Membership is open to individuals working in the sector.

RCSA Membership Expression of Interest

Corporate Membership

Corporate Membership is open to businesses and organisations providing recruitment, staffing and workforce solutions services in Australia and New Zealand.

The cost of Corporate Membership is dependant on the size of your organisation and starts from $1,149 ex-GST per membership year. An assessment fee per new member application also applies.

Once accepted as a member, all staff working for your agency have access to member benefits.

For your application, you will need:

  • A copy of your Director’s CV or LinkedIn profile
  • Your company ABN/NZBN
  • Any relevant state or labour hire license numbers 

Professional Membership

Professional Membership is open to individuals with experience providing recruitment, staffing and workforce solutions services in Australia and New Zealand.

Professional Membership is available at 5 levels: Associate Member, Accredited Professional Recruiter (APRCSA), Member (MRCSA), Fellow (FRCSA), Life Fellow (FRCSA Life).

Professional Membership is $249 ex-GST per membership year. Once accepted as a member, individuals have access to member benefits.

For your application, you will need:

  • A copy of your CV or LinkedIn Profile
  • Your academic transcript for any relevant degrees (e.g. business, HR, law)
