Super Human Productivity

Overview:

This is a session about how to be a machine at work. It’s a masterclass on the habits of time mastery for efficiency and effectiveness. It’s a system curating the universal principles to use daily.

Michelle Rushton's particular expertise is the habits of high performance and the development of high performance cultures.  Join this half-day workshop where you will gain an understanding of the latest insights of behavioural science and take away practical tools.

In this session the focus will be on three aspects of improving resilience:

  • Diagnose their own inefficiencies
  • Get clarity over what ‘productive’ would look like for them in their work and life
  • Prioritise effectively and accurately discern what’s most important for your effectiveness at work
  • Stay laser-focused on those priorities and defend the time spent on them using time blocking and time shielding. This includes managing interruptions and procrastination
  • Efficiently manage all the other tasks and requests that come your way, using the SPADE model -
  • How our habits govern our thoughts, actions and success in work and life
  • The power of habits in making success automatic, using the research on willpower and decision fatigue
  • The formula and process for habit creation that can be used with any behaviour change
  • The ways to leverage ‘tiny habits’ and success momentum for long-term change
  • How to identify your keystone habit and use it as the foundation for reliable performance
