Recruitment Consulting (AU) Essentials Online Program

 
The RCSA is invested in providing a comprehensive training package for new recruitment consultants joining the industry and, as a result of Covid restrictions and responding to the interest for our usual face-to-face Recruitment Consulting Certificate workshop, we have introduced the Recruitment Consulting Essentials program to support member training needs.

To be delivered in a condensed version of our usual Certificate, this will be a temporary offering and is scheduled to run from July through to November 2020.

Recruitment Consulting Essentials online program, will qualify learners with the basic knowledge, an understanding and the skills across key processes involved in recruitment. The program is a great pathway option that leads learners into further training specialising within their industry and or role requirement within their organisation.  The learning outcomes reflect current industry practice and the must have skills associated with recruitment legislation and the RCSA Code of Professional Conduct. 

The program is delivered virtually using Zoom which will be held across 7 x 2-hr sessions (total of 14 hrs) over the course of a 3 week period.

• 1st September, Introduction to Recruitment Part 1/2
• 2nd September, Introduction to Recruitment Part 2/2
• 10th September, Interviewing Essentials Part 1/2
• 11th September, Interviewing Essentials Part 2/2
• 16th September, Sales and Marketing from the Desk Part 1/3
• 17th September, Sales and Marketing from the Desk Part 2/3
• 18th September, Sales and Marketing from the Desk Part 3/3

Please note the session time for each delivery is 11.00am – 1.00pm *AEST

To gain Professional Accreditation, registered attendees are required to select the registration option 'Professional Accreditation Add-on Registration' at check out, this registration option comes at an additional fee of $200.00 Ex GST and at the end of all topic deliveries learners will be required to complete a short exam.  Upon successful passing of the exam learners will be awarded Individual Membership at Accredited Professional Recruiter (APRCSA) status.

Meet the facilitator: Karen Palmer 

For more than 20 years in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry Karen has developed a comprehensive understanding and talent for developing recruitment consultants. Her enthusiastic approach and extensive experiences shared in the workshop keeps participants engaged from minute one.

Within the Recruitment industry Karen has held the following positions: Temporary & Permanent Consultant; Operations & Project Manager; Trainer; Assesor; and Internal Human Resource Recruitment Advisor. For over 10 years Karen had the responsibility and privilege of training, "one on one" at all levels. The highlight of her career was the role of State Trainer for NSW, ACT, NT and QLD. Working closely with Executives and Branch Managers she developed unique programmes for individuals and teams of employees in both Industrial and Commercial areas.

Karen appreciates that we are all individuals, with different learning styles and abilities. "It is very rewarding to show someone how they can grow themselves successfully."

Video Workshop sessions are live interactive workshop and, unless otherwise notified by RCSA, are not recorded and therefore will not be available to view following their completion. We do not provide any refunds for non-attendance or absence on the day.
