In this session, join
Turaukawa Bartlett where he will take you on a learning journey to explore some key fundamentals of te reo Maori - the Maori language in a way to understand te ao Maori - the Maori worldview.
This is a space for all levels of learners, regardless of culture or experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect and embrace the Maori worldview in a safe and inclusive learning environment where mistakes are celebrates as learning opportunities for us all. This is a pathway to understand how anyone can utilise practical te reo Maori - Maori language skills, and also English - the universal language we all share to bring this understanding to life in order to support greater connections with others and vice versa within our personal and professional spaces.
The learning experience supports personal development and professional growth for all levels of recruitment and staffing professionals regardless of industry or roles you recruit for. Turaukawa delivers a personalised approach over simply translating the literal meaning of a word and seeks to support learners to self-reflect in order to make a meaningful and authentic connection with the worldview.
Participants will gain a greater sense of confidence in understanding the meaning of the language and worldview A greater understanding of te reo Maori and how to practically bring them to life everyday

Program Inclusions:
- Attendance to the live 90 minutes online video workshop delivery which will be capped to a maximum of 20 people only
- Attendance to three live 60 minutes online video 'follow up' learning collabs where learners can check-in on their progress with Turaukawa and other industry peers
- Attendess will be given a 12 month access period to the MANAvation 'Full Access Annual Bundle' online eLearning academy - resources supporting the language of cultural confidence
