Overview:
The recruiting and staffing industry has succumb to years of “the way we do it” and has (for some) fell into patterns similar to those faced by addicts. In a sea of sameness recruiters should strive to be unforgettable, it is not enough to have a quality product or service, recruiters need to know how to talk about their service, their product and their values in a way that differentiates them form the crowd. Put simply, humanity is becoming the new premium.
RCSA Members are invited to join this webinar where Mike 'Batman' Cohen will talk through his own personal recovery through addiction (12 step program, therapy, sponsors, etc.). He has discovered more than just personal growth and sobriety, he has discovered an evolution of his own professional life and his approach to recruitment.

Meet your Facilitator: Mike Cohen
Mike “Batman” Cohen is the Founder of Wayne Technologies, a Contract Sourcing and
Recruitment Training Organization. His approach to contract sourcing is a revolutionary
