Shifting Workforce Dynamics: How to Hire Better in 2024

Overview:

Having weathered a period marked by candidate-centric challenges, business is now looking optimistically toward the stabilising hiring landscape of 2024. However, given the backdrop of several years of significant disruptions, unprecedentedly low unemployment rates, and a fundamental shift in Australians' work dynamics, the question arises: are we overly optimistic about the year ahead?

Lauren Anderson, Talent Strategy Advisor for Indeed Australia, will introduce the key trends and changes Indeed can see in the market for 2024, and highlight where the opportunities could lie for those agencies bold enough to do things differently.

Lauren will be joined by Nicholas Lee and James Witcombe for a robust discussion moderated by Charles Cameron about what it will take for staffing agencies to position themselves for success this year, ending with a Q&A session so you can have your pressing questions answered live by this panel of talent experts.

The live delivery of this webinar will be on Wednesday, 28th February 2024 at 1.30PM AEDT Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra time.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand the economic and societal trends influencing the talent landscape
  • Acquire effective strategies to explore opportunities arising from these trends
  • Ensure your team is well prepared for 2024’s changing hiring landscape
