Auckland On-Hire WHS for Leaders & Senior Recruiters

On-Hire WHS Legislation for
Leaders & Senior Roles

Overview:

Achieving workplace safety in an on-hire environment should be top of mind for leadership roles who manage teams and or lead organisations. It’s not a matter of simple due diligence, the significance lies in the role of involvement in driving health and safety as the primary goal.

For leaders it means taking every precaution that is reasonable to uncover safety concerns and the need to know what is going on in their on-hire environment means rethinking how you engage with your on-hire staff, the host client, and the agency compliance role.

This program is specifically designed for on-hire managers and leaders, this workshop provides a high energy insight into how to bring the Health & Safety Act to life.

This is an in-person workshop. Venue details will be provided closer to the delivery date.
