Research has shown that almost four in ten (38%) new recruits to the recruitment and staffing industry, are unaware of the opportunities that exist within the industry before they join. Seventy-six (76%) percent of new entrants said a career in recruitment was not originally an aspiration for them. This RCSA initiative is part of a strategic focus on growing Next Gen talent, our aim is to assist members with their attraction and retention strategies.
Join us in becoming a part of the Next Gen Collective and be a part of the conversation. We are always seeking new Members who are interested in further championing the recruitment sector as a valid and fulfilling career. The Next Gen Collective is a group of RCSA members whose purpose is to help attract and retain top talent within the recruitment and staffing industry. The Next Gen Collective offers direct feedback opportunities for recruitment consultants and leaders who have a vested interest in the development of young talent in our industry.
These collectives are open to all RCSA members at any stage in their recruitment career. The sessions will involve an update from the current Next Gen Council Representatives on current programs and initiatives as well an open forum to discuss any future ideas or support members would like to see with regards to Next Gen.
