Recruitment Consulting Certificate
Purpose:
The Recruitment Consulting Certificate (RCC) offers new recruitment talent access to knowledge that is imperative to the understanding of industry professionalism and concepts across recruitment practices.
Designed and curated in consultation with current RCSA Recruitment Leaders, RCC facilitators, and previous learners, the RCC program introduces talent to this 6-step process that will set them up for success.

Course Structure & Program Delivery:
The online program is a blended learning program which consists of:
- Four eLearning Modules: reading material which prepares learners for workshop activities & discussion.
- A Workplace Learning Journal: weekly journal entries & tasks where learners engage what they learn back to their own workplaces.
- Facilitated Workshops: hosted weekly over a four-week period, learners will engage in discussion & role play activities developing knowledge across:
- Specifying
- Sourcing & Screening
- Selecting & Servicing
- Selling
The RCC program learning outcomes are specifically tailored to cater for the needs of those with less than 12 months experience in recruitment.
New talent will develop an understanding of what professionalism looks like through the key principles of RCSA Code of Professional Conduct.
July 2026 Schedule of Delivery
- Workshop One: Wednesday 8th July
- Workshop Two: Wednesday 15th July
- Workshop Three: Wednesday 22nd July
- Workshop Four: Wednesday 29th July
Each online session will run from 11:00am - 3:00pm AEST // 1:00pm - 5:00pm NZST
Assessment:
Two tasks part of the Workplace Learning Journal and an open book final assessment will complete the RCC.
A certificate will be awarded for the successful completion of the RCC program.

Meet the Facilitator: Donna Knight

Donna Knight hails from the UK. She started her recruitment career in London before moving down under and completing a training and assessment facilitation course where she did a diploma in leadership and management. She’s got a serious knack for teaching.
Donna has more than 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, she knows the trade inside out. Like her counterparts she is intent on seeing the profession’s reputation improve.

- RCSA Members: AUD$2,000 plus GST per person*
Note: A discounted rate is available when registering three or more participants into the same RCC program delivery. To utilise this rate, please register the two participants using the Single Registration rate and the third (and any subsequent) registration(s) using the relevant Third & Subsequent Registration Rate (minimum total cost of $5,500.00 plus GST AUD).
