This workshop provides an introduction to employment law in Australia for those in recruitment and staffing leadership roles. Learn the key elements leaders need to be aware of to prevent workplace relations issues and achieve good overall health, safety, and welfare of their employees.

FCB employment law advisors will explain key pieces of legislation and discuss the latest best-practice principles they recommend.

Amanda is highly experienced in providing workplace relations advice and assistance to clients in a wide range of matters such as: Employment contracts, Modern Award interpretation, Performance management, Bullying & harassment, Terminations, Unfair Dismissals, Redundancies and Risk Management.

Pricing:

• Member registration to attend the live delivery is $235.00 AUD + GST per participant
• A group registration rate is available for a minimum of 5 registrations for members from the same organisation. To qualify for this rate, each of the 5 attendees must be registered at the time of booking at the group rate of $211.50 AUD + GST per participant
