The RCSA E-Learning portal is your home for professional development, featuring a dynamic course library with new content added weekly. Getting started is easy. Simply visit the portal here and create an account.

Once you receive your verification email, click the confirmation link to log in. You will have immediate access to the full course library, and any mandatory modules will be automatically registered and waiting for you under 'My Courses'.

Our records indicate you have not yet completed this new module. Information about the Code of Professional Conduct can be found here.

It is a condition of membership, as per the RCSA By-Laws that all Professional Members and all staff at Corporate Members who are engaged in the supply of employment and recruitment services, have completed the Code training regularly. If it has been more than 12 months since you last did you Code training, please complete the new module as soon as possible.
