It was an evening of gitz, glamour and accolation. RCSA’s 2023 Industry Award winners have been crowned.
Last night more than 530 attendees poured through the doors of Sydney’s exclusive Big Top at Luna Park, to celebrate, the best of the best of Australia’s Recruitment and Staffing industry. The theme was ‘light up the night’, a shimmering black tie soirée recognising outstanding achievement.
This year’s awards night broke the records, attracting a massive 179 entrants across 13 categories. The scale of entrees saw RCSA employ its first ever Head Judge, recruitment powerhouse, Winsome Bernard who alongside fellow adjudicators, painstakingly narrowed the field down to 46 deserving finalists.
“The field was so strong, for the first time ever, there were ties in some of the most sought-after categories, says RCSA CEO Charles Cameron.
“The high calibre is a testament to our growing industry. Recruitment is now a sought-after profession, rather than a ‘job’ people are falling into. It is rewarding, it changes lives, and it has supported the Australian economy through its darkest times.”
