RCSA Crowns Industry Award Winners in Auckland

From the moment guests arrived at the glamorous Cordis Hotel Ballroom, it was clear something spectacular was in store. Hosted by witty and wonderful podcast queen Brodie Kane, New Zealand’s recruitment and staffing industry's night of nights delivered. The theme ‘light up the night’ added an edge of glitz to the black-tie soiree.

More than 300 people were in attendance to celebrate the best of the best of Aotearoa’s Recruitiment and Staffing industry. Crowning the winners was an arduous task for the 40 judges, who under the guidance of head judge, Winsome Bernard managed to whittle 94 entries down to 37 deserving finalists. The calibre was so high that for the first time in the awards' history we saw a draw in the category, Outstanding Agency – (Over 40 Staff).

“The standard we are seeing coming through in our submissions is exceptional and as the number of entries continue to grow, so too does the calibre, says RCSA CEO Charles Cameron.

“Winning these awards is becoming tougher and tougher, even being nominated as a finalist is a feather in the cap.

“Recruiters have the power to change lives, communities, and the world. It’s inspiring to see so much passion and achievement in one room.”
