Member Contracts & Templates updated to reflect ‘Closing Loopholes’ changes

Relevant RCSA Member contracts, templates and resources have now been updated to reflect changes coming as a result of the passage of the Government’s ‘Closing Loopholes’ legislation. Templates are available at the link below and include fixed-term and casual contract templates, casual conversion documents, a right to disconnect policy and an EEO, discrimination, bullying and harassment policy:

We trust these documents will assist members to navigate the impending changes brought about by the recent changes to the industrial relations landscape. RCSA is working with our employment law advisors to finalise a couple of new resources for use with your clients around the coming changes, as well as specifically in relation to Right to Disconnect in the on-hire context. We anticipate these documents will be available for members toward the end of next week.
