Workplace Resilience and Wellness for Leaders in Recruitment

Workplace Resilience and Wellness for Leaders in Recruitment Presentation

Overview:

Now more than ever it’s important that managers and team leaders understand the importance of
having the right tools and strategies to be able to stay on top of their own physical and mental wellbeing, in order to then be able to effectively manage others.

Workplace resilience and wellness begins with strengthening our own selves first and foremost, ultimately resulting in a thriving, healthy work culture. Achieving wellness requires a multifaceted approach and making some simple lifestyle changes. There is no magic bullet. The benefits of daily self-care and powerful wellness techniques incorporated into your everyday life, will spill over into every facet of your life and give you and your workplace an upgrade, physically and mentally.

In this presentation you will:

  • Learn five simple lifestyle choices that help harness positive stress and achieve balance throughout the day.
  • Learn holistic daily practices that can be implemented immediately, to help reduce the build-up of toxic stress and overwhelm and help upgrade your coping skills throughout the day.
  • Experience some powerful techniques to incorporate into your daily life that help you manage your stress response, find more flow in your work and achieve overall wellness over time.
  • Learn about the power of daily Mindfulness practice and experience some techniques to take away and integrate into your life.
