How to be an Influential Woman in Business

How to be an Influential Women in Business

Overview:

To raise the visibility and impact of emerging female leaders wanting to amplify their influence in a way that feels authentic to them. Before you can influence others, you first need to establish a solid foundation of conviction based on insight, connection and progress.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • Be confident and visible – have a voice at the table and have the conversations that build trust and buy in
  • Take control of your personal brand and reputation in a way that’s authentic to you, using your strengths and re-framing your mindset as you learn along the way.
  • Have the tools and frameworks you need to develop your professional influence in a way that is aligned to your values and positioning.
  • Be ambassadors for each other. Connect with other women on the same journey – you don’t have to do this alone.

Who Should Attend:

Emerging and aspiring female leaders in the ‘middle years’ of their career wanting to amplify their influence and impact.

Meet the facilitator: Belinda Brosnan

Belinda works with leaders and managers who are striving to be influential, inclusive and high performing. With more than 15 years in senior leadership roles within major corporates including News Limited, Macquarie Bank, AVJennings and Mirvac, Belinda understands the challenges managers and leaders face every day.

Obsessed with mindset, Belinda is passionate about challenging the patterns of thinking and behaviour that hold people back from being effective collaborators, managers, leaders and decision makers. Like a personal trainer, Belinda helps people and organisations “flex their mindset muscle”, so they can lead persuasively capturing the hearts and minds of their teams, customers and stakeholders. It’s about supporting managers and leaders to build that mindset muscle using their strengths. Otherwise the muscle withers away.

A professional accredited coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and one of the very first Gallup Strengths Coaches in Australia, Belinda draws on her NeuroLeadership qualifications to deliver programs that are grounded in both science and practical experience.   Self-reliance and dignity is the right of every person and this is why Belinda’s professional and volunteer work go hand in hand. She is passionate about helping people shift their mindset, find their authentic voice and work to their strengths through change to be the best managers or leaders they can be – of themselves and others.
