In a time when there are so many opportunities for good consultants to work for whoever they want… anywhere in the world, a critical element of a Manager or a Director’s long term strategy is their Engagement Strategy.

The information shared in this workshop has helped Recruitment Directors and Managers alike to understand the impact that engaged employees can have on the bottom line and what that focus, on engaging members of staff can have.

She is an experienced trainer, management consultant, executive coach, mentor and performance specialist who has been working within the recruitment industry since the late 1980s. Her aim is to make companies more successful and profitable through the development of their people and processes.
