A Leadership Guide Towards Quarterly Business Planning
Overview:
The information shared in this session will look at how to break down annual targets and annual business plans. Most people have these in recruitment, but what tends to be missing is the ‘how’.
This course takes the overall yearly objectives and breaks then down into quarterly business plans that can be followed on a monthly/weekly/daily basis to achieve the overall goals.
Angela is a true advocate for utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to be able to identify the required activities to be able to achieve the results that you need. This doesn’t mean setting blanket levels of activities across the board as many people view KPIs to be, but instead, analyzing the ratios and stats from the previous quarter to establish what actually needs to be achieved in terms of activities producing the required results.
So if you were looking for a way to achieve your goals in 2019, this half-day would be a great way to start.
