Meet the Presenter:
Arthur Papagiannis, AP Psychology & Consulting Services

Arthur has been recognised for his contribution to both government and private organisations in Australia and New Zealand for developing high-level policy, strategy and service delivery in improving organisational performance and psychological wellbeing.

Erin Devlin, Managing Director of People 2 People
Erin Devlin MRCSA GAICD, is the Managing Director of people2people Recruitment Victoria, CEO of Infront Sports Consulting and Chair of the RCSA VIC/TAS Council. Erin was awarded the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association’s (RCSA) Professional Recruiter of the Year Award in 2017. She has managed the people2people Victoria team to success over the past five years, and people2people nationally has won Recruitment International’s Growth Company of the Year in 2016, 2018 and 2019. She holds a Graduate Certificate of Business (Deans Honours List) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She is an engaging speaker, board director, career advisor, media commentator on Channel 7, Nine Network, Foxtel and 2UE, and a mentor to emerging recruitment leaders around Australia.
Leanne O'Connor, Director and Founder of Natural Selection Group
Leanne began her IT career in 1993 after completing a Bachelor of Information Technology, and subsequently spent 10 years as a SAP Consultant.
Soon after, Leanne brought together her substantial commercial IT experience to establish Australia’s most successful SAP resourcing business, which she operated for 21 years.
Following her philanthropic ambitions, Leanne founded Natural Selection Group in 2016, a socially responsible IT resourcing business, to fuel her continued passion for recruitment and people, while helping others who are less fortunate.
Outside of Natural Selection, she is involved in several other entrepreneurial and philanthropic causes, including running her own private foundation.
