Dare to Lead™ Virtual Program

Dare to Lead™
Virtual Program

Program Overview:

Working in the recruitment and staffing industry demands strength and courage. The industry is notorious for unexpected outcomes and constant volatility.

As a Recruitment/HR professional you need to be the trusted advisor, brave, agile, confident, resilient and you also need to be compassionate and empathetic. This skill set may feel like an impossible balancing act; the Dare to Lead™ program aims to develop recruitment and staffing professionals to step into courageous leadership and transform the way you can engage professionally with your key stakeholders and also with those you engage with on a personal level.

RCSA Members are invited to join Angela Giacoumis (Dare to Lead™ certified facilitator & coach) who has over 30 years of Recruitment and HR experience and believes the foundation to success within the industry is trusted relationships, courageous leadership, grounded confidence and resilience.

Learners will be supported before and after the Dare to Lead™ Program.  We believe that you develop new skills and behaviours when you take your learnings and put them into practice within your daily life at work and home. To support you on your learning journey we provide valuable pre-work and post work to optimise your learning during the program. This includes articles, exercises and resources 4 weeks following the program. In addition, you will be invited to join our Dare to Lead™ Alumni LinkedIn group at the end of the program so you can connect, share and learn with others who are also on their journey of living their life with more courage and bravery. This also provides a great hub of resources, inspiration and information for you to use.

The focus of Dare to Lead™ for Recruitment and HR professionals will be contextualised through the discussions and activities including the following:
