Complying with employment law is no joke, being compliant is not only good business practice but foremost enables recruiters to be confidant and handle conversations had with clients and candidates. The objective of this plan to learn program is to ensure recruiters know their responsibilities across the following basics:
National Employment Standards (NES): The national minimum wage and the NES make up the minimum entitlements for employees in Australia.
Modern Awards/Agreements: is a document which sets out the minimum terms and conditions of employment on top of the National Employment Standards (NES).
Employment Contracts including calculating rates of pay
