Sonya Liddle

 Sonya Liddle is the founder and primary Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action (I.D.E.A) Advisor at Sun North Consulting. With a passion for guiding organizations on their I.D.E.A journey, Sun North Consulting helps create inclusive workplaces that foster innovation, collaboration, and growth.
Sonya is a highly accomplished leader with extensive expertise across multiple diversity pillars. Recognized both nationally and globally for her DEI contributions, Sonya brings a holistic and pragmatic approach that transforms organizational culture, policies, and education. 

Matt Gowan

Matt Gowan is the Founder and Managing Director of Affirmative Recruitment, a social enterprise dedicated to helping Australian employers to hire more people with disability. His career in recruitment spans 25 years in agency and includes a range of consulting, account management and leadership roles. Throughout this time he has consistently championed diversity and inclusion and is an active ally, advocate and student of best practice in this space

Fiona Harland, FRCSA

Fiona Harland FRCSA is the Director of ERG Recruitment in New Zealand. With 25 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry, Fiona understands that it takes courage to interview or present a jobseeker that doesn’t fit the tidy neat box that the client specification requires. Fiona believes the Recruitment Industry is well positioned to be a leader in the DEI space... when we advocate for others, we advocate for change.
