Part II: Coaching your Millennial & Junior Consultants

Part II:  Coaching your Millennial & Junior Consultants

Overview:

Millennial's are the most talked about generation in history. 75% of the workforce will be made up of Millennial workers by 2025. This provides an opportunity for recruitment businesses as this digital native generation moves in to the workforce in larger numbers.

The management of Millenials certainly provides specific challenges for leaders, business owners and senior consultants Thus coaching is an essential leadership skill required for the fast moving and high performance recruitment environment.  For millennial and junior consultants to learn the key business skills required to succeed,  their one-on-one coaching or performance sessions with their manager provides the perfect platform to embed learning and to change behaviour.

Younger workers have a high requirement for growth and empowerment and the coaching discipline helps them to set clear goals, communicate expectations and manage their career.

Delivered in a two-part video workshop 'coaching' series, each session will concentrate at developing coaching capabilities and the opportunity to practice and self-assess.  The sessions are suitable for emerging leaders, current team leaders and junior – mid level managers who would like to learn the key skills required to successfully coach and develop their consultants and teams.

Part I presents the 'GR of the GROW Model' due Thursday, 19th April (10.30am-12.30pm) and; Part II presents the 'OW of the GROW Model' due Tuesday, 26th June (10.30am - 12.30pm)
