Most recently working as the Head of Marketing Operations for Deloitte Australia, Lawrence has worked across Europe, the UAE, Asia Pac, the US, and India, in: marketing management; operations; branding; and communications roles for the last 20+ years. Lawrence has experience across several industries, including recruitment, and his skill set includes: strategy operations and planning; change management; data, usage and analysis; design thinking; branding (integrating acquired brands, rebranding, agency, and visual identity); segmentation, targeting and positioning; sales and pipeline; market sensing; financial management; outsourcing; marketing campaigning; and resourcing.

The wider THiNK team includes: creatives; writers; digital specialists; and marketing delivery personnel. They have a small core team and a flexible workforce of up to 50, who are bought in as required.
