Engaging Tomorrow's Recruiter

Engaging Tomorrow's Recruiter

Overview:

In June, RCSA Learning & Development launched our Engaging Tomorrow’s Recruitment and Staffing Professionals resources and a key outcome of the research undertaken spotlights – future talent – recruitment and staffing professionals can be found everywhere, and each has the potential and capability to become successful members of our industry.

Our research has shown that almost four in ten (38%) new recruits to the recruitment and staffing industry, are unaware of the opportunities that exist within the industry before they join. Seventy-six percent of new entrants said a career in recruitment was not originally an aspiration for them.

Join this webinar to hear from Erin Devlin, FRCSA and RCSA, Next Gen Director along with other panellists discuss how the guides can assist recruitment leaders to identify and attract talent from outside the recruitment and staffing industry.

The discussion will provide you with support to ensure that, together, we can engage and develop recruitment and staffing professionals that are an asset to your recruitment business, and strong advocates of the wider industry.

This webinar will be on Tuesday, 13 September 2022 at 11:00am AEST.

Who Should Attend:

RCSA has a a three pillar learning model. This model allows individuals to identify the best L&D content for them based on their level of experience in the recruitment & staffing industry. This webinar has been identified as 'Extend'. For more information about our pillars, see the Learning & Development page of our website.
