Key Liability Clauses in your Contracts

Overview:

In this complimentary RCSA member webinar preferred partners Source Legal we will be discussing the key contractual provisions that relate to minimising liability and allocating risk in commercial contracts (with relevance to labour hire and recruitment industry). In particular, the presenters will focus on:

Contractual indemnities – what are they and how they change your legal position at general law;

Relevance of your insurance to liability arising under a contract (insurance policies do not cover everything);

Drafting an effective limitation of liability provision;
