Case Studies of the RCSA Code in Practice
Series Overview:
The RCSA Code of Professional Conduct embodies the required standards of professional behaviour for all RCSA members.
The Code was updated on the 8th August 2020 - in response to increased regulatory oversight in the industry, such as labour hire licensing and statutory provision. These changes see RCSA moving from an industry regulator to a more appropriate role, enforcing standards of professional conduct. This new version of the Code of Professional Conduct requires all members to meet the standard of professional conduct required and ensure their businesses are run with operational integrity.
By choosing RCSA Members when seeking workforce services providers, candidates, jobseekers, workers, clients, businesses and government can expect a high standard of ethical conduct and professional behaviour.
To support Member's Professional Development across the new code values RCSA are introducing The Code in Practice, a regular free webinar series that is case study driven, where you will learn how to apply the Code in the real world.
Facilitated by Ross Clennett, FRCSA and a guest panelist, each session aims to explain what professionalism looks like in the context of the industry using historical case study scenarios.
