Meet the facilitator: Vanessa Cole 

Vanessa started at MAYDAY as a rookie in 2017, fresh from a career in acting. After 3 years as a successful Consultant, she followed her passion for helping people soar by stepping in to MAYDAY's newly created training and consulting division. Vanessa has a Certificate in Training from the Australian Institute of Management and in 2021 was promoted to Training Manager. Her focus is sharpening the skills of the internal team, onboarding rookies and facilitating MAYDAY’s external training program, Future Recruiter. Vanessa is concentrated on continual upskilling and development, adding value in every interaction, and helping everyone leave her sessions with actionable insights while having had the best learning experience possible.
