Nurture Empower & Support Talent (NEST)
A networking program linking talent who are new to the recruitment and staffing industry

The first years of a recruitment consultants’ career are critical for both honing the essential skills to succeed as a consultant and developing the necessary resilience and mindset to deal with the challenges our industry poses on a regular basis.

With more individuals entering the recruitment and staffing industry than ever, the RCSA has developed the NEST program to support individuals in the early stages of their career to navigate the common challenges consultants face and empower them to thrive in the recruitment profession. Based on our successful Talent Executive Network (TEN) and Talent Operations Network (TON), NEST will bring together groups of approximately 20 recruiters for moderated discussions and industry centric thought leadership.

Through roundtable learning and peer-sharing, NEST aims to provide individuals with a supportive environment outside of their organisation, allowing individuals to both learn and share with other consultants at a similar stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

Led by an industry moderator and regularly featuring subject matter experts, the NEST is the perfect solution for individuals looking to accelerate skills growth through the early stages of their recruitment career.

Who can benefit

Designed for recruitment consultants new to the industry (3-24 months in recruitment) and/or individuals looking to broaden their skills development.

What’s involved

• Recruitment Consultants who express their interest to join NEST will be provided with an application form that will ask a range of questions so that the learning and development team can connect peers to a suitable NEST
• NEST meeting will take place bi-monthly over a 12-month period
• NEST participants will meet online via ZOOM for 90 minutes
• Meetings will be led by expert facilitators and will feature thought leadership content delivered by subject matter experts 
  
  

Cost and Cancellations

RCSA Members: $1,100.00 AUD + GST for AU Participants, $1,100.00 AUD for NZ Participants*

*NZ Participants do not pay GST

NEST is not available to Non-Members

For all NEST registrants, cancellations during the term of the program (12months) will not result in a refund of fees paid. Where the organisation has paid for the program, the registration may be transferred to a colleague. When the individual has paid for the program, upon cancellation, no refund or transfer of attendee may be provided.
