For over 20 years RCSA has supported individuals new to the recruitment and staffing profession with the Recruitment Consulting Certificate. To respond to the modern challenges and opportunities facing today’s recruiter, the RCSA has fully revitalised this program to provide the essential knowledge, skills and best practice principles to thrive in our industry.

Developed in consultation with current recruitment professionals, facilitators, and previous learners, this new four week program is specifically tailored to support agency consultants with less than 12 months experience in recruitment and staffing

In addition to providing consultants with the essential tools needed for a career in recruitment, the RCC also provides individuals with a solid professional conduct through promoting the key principles at the core of the RCSA Code of Professional Conduct.

Available in both a face-to-face and online learning format, the RCC provides a modern blended learning experience to cater for any individual's training preferences .

The RCC 6 Step Process

Recruitment Consultants participating in the certificate will engage with learning across:

• self led learning via course specific eLearning modules
• weekly facilitated workshops (online or in person available)
• complete tasks as part of the Industry Skills & Workplace Learning Journal
• complete a final assessment

Practical learning exercises will include:

• Role plays that can build confidence
• Hypothetical practical situations
• Collaboration with industry peers
• Referable and reusable templates (e.g. job ads, client briefs, sales calls)
• Practical assessments throughout the program and a final assessment
  
  

Course structure

To be awarded the RCSA Recruitment Consulting Certificate learners must successfully complete:

• RCSA Code of Professional Conduct
• Attendance at all workshops
• Weekly tasks as part of the Industry Skills & Workplace Learning Journal; and
• A final assessment
   

Who can benefit

Designed for recruitment consultants new to the industry (0-24 months in recruitment) and/or individuals looking to broaden their skills development. Suitable for individuals to complete prior to starting in a role or with no experience.
