Awareness and Optimism Boost
Find out how self-awareness creates happiness; how you can use the power of your mind to stay vigilant to avoid fear and uncertainty. If there is a part of you that doesn’t feel safe or secure in your future, then this webinar can help. We will finish with a specific tapping meditation to release any fearful feelings and help you feel safe and grounded. The intention of this webinar is to leave you feeling filled with calm, happiness and optimism.

Healing and Positivity Boost
This webinar is designed to educate you, so you know exactly how to increase your body’s natural healing and regenerative processes. Often, when we feel out of control, we experience feelings of anxiety in the body. We don’t always know where the feelings are coming from. Often, it’s a past event rather than what is happening right now. We use a tapping meditation to clear any fear and anxiety, then finish on a high with positive affirmations to give you a boost of healing. This webinar will leave you with a good feeling of health and positivity.

Know your Values for a Boost of Relaxation
Our values double as a checklist when we are making decisions. They describe what motivates us in the present; they help us name our aspirations and intentions. This is a fun and interactive webinar where we will combine tapping with internal searching to connect with the value of our values. The more we can stay connected with our true values, the easier it is to release fear and worry and to relax into the here and now. Bring a pen and paper and be ready for an insightful 45 minutes.

Confidence Boost
This is one of my favourite webinars of all and I’ve included a shortened version of it in this free series so that you can finish on a high. This call will help you tap into your internal reservoir of confidence and calm, feel great about yourself and feel great about life.

    Learning Outcomes:

    By the end of this series participants will have knowledge and techniques they can put into use immediately to increase well-being, positivity, optimism and confidence. You will be able to convert your upbeat mindset into success during this period of change as businesses return to work following lockdown.

Meet the facilitator: Brenda James 



Brenda has been recruiting since 2000 and has a personal understanding of what you are facing right now following sudden change. Recruitment has highs and lows in ‘normal’ times. The changes and unknowns upon us right now are significant and even the most confident of us is having moments of experiencing fear, stress and anxiety.
Knowing that stress and anxiety can have a negative effect on our immunity is what is driving Brenda to get this information and technique out to the workforce.

Brenda is an accredited practitioner in a technique called EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, often referred to as tapping because that is exactly what we do. She’s been using and training in this technique for 15 years now.

Many of Brenda’s career and team development clients have embraced tapping and had personal shifts of varying degrees; in fact, 98% of them. The changes have mostly been increased clarity or confidence, personal epiphanies and decreased anxiety or stress.

With our changed and changing work environments, Brenda’s plan is to contribute positively toward the well-being of our nation by offering a free webinar series with well-being education and a live tapping demo. These webinars will help you reduce anxiety, fear and worry and increase calm, positivity and optimism. With your mind in a better space, everything feels better.
