Complying with employment law is no joke; being compliant is not only good business practice but enables recruiters to be confident and handle conversations with clients and candidates. The objective of this plan to learn program is to ensure recruiters know their responsibilities across the following basics:

• Laws relating to anti-discrimination and equal opportunity
• What are the behaviours that constitute discrimination within recruitment & staffing?
• What are the steps to take when faced with workplace discrimination ?

• RCSA workshops are not recorded and participants are required to attend using their own device with working webcam and microphone. Any no-show attendees will be marked absent and will be considered as a non-refundable transaction

Pricing:

• Member registration to attend the live delivery is $240.00 NZD + GST per participant
• A group registration rate is available for a minimum of 5 registrations for members from the same organisation. To qualify for this rate, each of the 5 attendees must be registered at the time of booking at the group rate of $216.00 NZD + GST per participant (minimum total $1,080.00 NZD + GST)
