Claire Madden is a leading voice internationally on Generation Z. As an author, social researcher, keynote speaker, and media commentator, Claire is in high demand as an expert in interpreting social trends, demographics, and implications of generational change.


Meet your Moderator: Paul Hallam 



Paul is the founder and owner of Six Degrees Executive, one of Australia’s leading executive search and recruitment consultancies. Since recently handing over the CEO role, Paul is now responsible for leading the strategy and innovation of Six Degrees, which includes exploring new or complimentary service offerings, as well as all mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. In addition to his work with Six Degrees, Paul looks for investments and businesses, across a variety of industries, that could be expanded or further developed with the addition of new capital and skills. Paul has invested (seed and early stage) in businesses across the technology (HR, Education and Financial) and FMCG and consumer goods sectors. Paul is passionate about working within our community and active in supporting many organisations including Igniting Change, Children’s Ground, Inclusive Australia and MAD Foundation
