Recruitment Consulting (NZ) Certificate: On-line Program

Overview:

The RCSA Recruitment Consulting Certificate Online program is recognised as the foundation for entry level professionals involved in the recruitment industry across Australia and New Zealand.Through online e-Learning modules the Online Program allows your staff to be certified without the need to workshop learning.       

This program has been developed by the RCSA in conjunction with industry leaders, it is a comprehensive and practical course addressing the essential elements of contemporary recruitment and compliance.

The total nominal investment of time to complete this program is 15.5 hours over four weeks and consists of 12 hours of online study, a 1.5 hour webinar recording, and a two hour open book exam.

Note:  this is an open program meaning there is no specific start date however access to the course is limited to four weeks.

• Recruitment Consulting Essentials
• Closing Deals and Making Offers
• Negotiating Terms and Conditions
• Negotiating with Candidates 
• Resignation and Counter Offers
• Reverse Marketing Candidates

The Webinar will cover the topic area:

• Interviewing Essentials
  • Part I & Part II

The Exam:

The exam is available after all e-Learning components are completed and covers all learning outcomes addressed within the online program.

Who Should Enrol:

Consultants new to the industry with less than six months experience in their recruitment role OR for those who have been in their role between 6 - 12 months and require a refresher

All enrollments effective from 1st January 2020 will qualify to be an Individual Member of RCSA - Professionally recognised as an Accredited Professional Recruiter (APRCSA). Upon successful completion of this program recognition will be covered until the end of the current financial year or unless otherwise stated, attendees will also earn 25 CPD points.
